  In recently moving to Cypress, we needed new appliances & looked at some of the stores in the area. Despite having shopped at Sears about 10 years ago for a freezer & refrigerator, we thought we'd try some other home improvement retailers. But, after not getting very good assistance at those stores, we decided to go back to Sears & found everything we needed there...a refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer & stove grates. For this reason, we ended up working with 3 different salespersons, all of whom treated us respectively, were knowledgeable & listened carefully to our concerns, which is very important to my husband & me. It was also nice that they had some great deals too! All the appliances were delivered as scheduled & installed professionally. There was an issue with the dishwasher, but it was taken care of without any hassles. In fact, the delivery gentleman & his team were great to work with as well, even taking one of the old appliances away.
