  the worst customer service ever, I visited the store for buy a bed for my daughter, They told me it will take almost two weeks for delivery, so the day finally arrive but the delivery did not knock on the door, they left and now I have to wait at the end of the month, so another 3 weeks more to get the bed, so I try to communicate with the manager and she is the also the worst professional ever she don’t know the ethical of services, she is very rude, no plan B, nothing she says just wait or cancel really ??, so anyway I was cancel the order but they keep % 20 percent of the total purchase. Wow they need to training all the staff how is costumer services also never ever recommend or buy in this place again.
