  The owners and staff at Langham Creek Ace Hardware are super at customer service. I have been to this store numerous times and have always appreciated the help and advice on home and lawn maintenance. I am an Ace Rewards member too from our previous home and now in Houston. Ace customer service is first rate and this particular store is always a positive experience. They even have a post office in the store. Chuck O'Malley and his wife own the store and they are excellent to do business with. I like the staff, including James, Trish and Toni....they always are very helpful with finding the best solution to what I need on jobs around the house. I highly recommend this store and the 5 star staff. Jeff Mell

  They don't know how to remove old sales ads from the shelves, and won't give you that price even though you were right. Mediocre customer service hope it goes out of business. That's why people go to Walmart and home Depot
