  I have always shopped at this Kohl's store. I live about 10 minutes away so it's nice that I have a store close to me. I always get great deals online and in the store. Tonight I had to return some items, and I had another cart full of items to purchase. When I went to Customer Service I returned my items with no problem. The young lady who helped me was Rosina. (I hope I got her name right.) She was very professional, courteous, and just very nice. I think she just recently started at the store because I have never seen her before. So, thank you Rosina, for a job well done!
