    Can't follow simple instructions! Specifically asked multiple times for the arthritis friendly pop caps, file is also flagged for pop tops. Yet even after they checked the caps are wrong. When I asked for caps needed they still tried twice to give me different caps! Even showed the tech the caps needed and they still are having difficulty.
How would you rate this store?
