I had a bad experience several months ago and decided to never return...however, after my husband was desperate for medication that only this pharmacy had in stock, we came back. After 4 visits in 7 hours, I finally got his medication. When I dropped off the prescription they said it would take an hour. When I returned, the woman at the drive-thru, Nevin, said they couldn't fill it because they were waiting on the Dr. to contact the insurance company for authorization. She told me they sent the authorization form to the Doctor. After an hour, I contacted the Doctor. to discover he never received the form. I called CVS and discovered they sent the form to the wrong Doctor. I gave them the correct Doctor (as was on the prescription!) and they said they would send the form. I went back to CVS and spoke to the same woman, Nevin, at the drive-thru. Again, she said they were waiting on the authorization. I asked her to confirm that they sent the form to the correct Doctor. She said, "We're waiting on the form!" and slammed the drive-thru window shut on me. I waited and then rang the bell again and a new lady came to the window. As she began to help me the Pharmacy Manager came to the window and explained that they were waiting for the authorization. I asked him to confirm it was sent and he said he would make sure it was sent. 2 hours later, the Dr.'s office called to say they finally received the form and processed it with the insurance company. I called CVS before returning and spoke to Kendra who was very nice and said she would fill it immediately (Kendra should get 5 stars as she was the only one with people-skills and actually was helpful). I went back to the store and instead of the drive-thru, went inside. The rude employee, Nevin, was inside with a frown on her face. The manager asked her to open a register next to her coworker who was very busy. She dropped a few things on the way to counter and looked like he was asking her to do too much by going the register. The co-worker looked at her and rolled his eyes at her behavior. I hope she was surprised to see me at the counter after she slammed the window shut on me but I doubt it. She didn't say anything and I asked to pick up my prescription. She looked in 2 different places and threw a few bags on the floor as she walked around looking. She finally brought my bag over and rang me up, never looking at me or speaking. I had 2 items on the counter to pay for in addition to the meds. I told her I needed to pay for all the items. She exhaled heavily and said, "Oh, you want that stuff, too?" Yes I did. She was very "put-out" to have to do any work. Fortunately, we got the meds and left... I will not return here unless I have no other choice. Sadly, I've learned that the store manager has no authority over the pharmacy. It's unfortunate because I won't shop in this store because the pharmacy is so awful.

The Pharmacist Tori Alexander is extremely rude and unprofessional... each time I've called she has a attitude... even when I could walk in the store she made me wait several minutes with no one else there ... I'm not sure if she is the right person for this Pharmacy... I called today after having knee surgery to get my prescription and made her aware I couldn't walk inside ... I simply ask if her assistant could get a over the counter medicine for me being I couldn't walk inside ... she rudely got on the phone and told me that's not something she could do...when I ask to speak to the other pharmacist that was there she refused To let me speak to him!!! I'm seriously considering taking my business else where if I have to continue to deal with her!!! Customer service is everything to me... hers is horrible and extremely unprofessional UPDATE after speaking to husband I called back and was able to speak to the male pharmacist... he apologized for her behavior and assured me it would not be like that again ... I switched to this Pharmacy because of him and I'm only staying because of him ... I hope my next experience is better... He has always been pleasantly helpful... especially when my daughter was ill
