  I visited the place and first checked for exchange at the counter showing the merchandise with all the tags intact. I was told the person who in ten verified that the value of exchange and the exchange can be done. I spent time to select new merchandise in order to exchange and at the cash counter the manager did not entertain what was told to me. There was not even a polite gesture for the time I wasted to select other merchandise. Very poor customer service from banana republic.
